Now in that kind of situation, since each employer as to report to more than one manager, a conflict can arise, especially among managers. This kind of structure with many leaders will create an ambiguity and some managers will feel undermined if a certain information is not channeled to them first. The benefit of it is that if there is any problem within the organization, it will quickly be known as all levels will be aware of the issue. It basically provides a quick response to technical problems and customer demands. There is a big advantage of being employed by a boundary-less organization because as an employee, I will be having no barrier preventing me from reporting to the managers and all challenges experienced by the workers will be quickly channeled to the relevant authorities without any hindrance.
