In that kind of environment, every employee will feel involved, and will strive to changing their own role to suit the demand of the situation. It will the concept of “that is not my job” The disadvantage of it is that is that the top management may have a certain kind of negligence by the fact that they will feel that someone else is doing it. The main challenge of maintaining learning organizations is the employees will always be in a learning environment and there will be a tendency of tolerating mistakes with the pretext that employees are still learning. The employees may poorly perform by the pretext that they still learning. But the benefit of it is that these forms of organizations taka a long time learning and studying their competitors, market leaders in different industries, clients and customers. Those organizations are very good at studying the habits of customers to generate new ideas. I will like to be employed by the matrix organization because there, all my concerns and my efforts to uplift the organization will reach the top management without any delay, and I will work hardly knowing that I cannot be oppressed by one boss the top management not being aware of it.
