Solution

The problem statement for the study could be: "The study aims to investigate the impact of employee turnover intentions on the organizational performance of Jubilee Insurance Uganda. Employee turnover intentions can have both negative and positive effects on an organization. On the negative side, high turnover intentions can lead to a loss of experienced staff, increased recruitment and training costs, and potential disruptions in service delivery (Hancock, Allen, Bosco, McDaniel, & Pierce, 2013). On the positive side, turnover intentions can also lead to the infusion of new ideas and skills into the organization, and provide opportunities for internal promotions and career development (Holtom, Mitchell, Lee, & Eberly, 2008). However, the balance between these positive and negative impacts is not well understood in the context of Jubilee Insurance Uganda. Therefore, this study will explore how employee turnover intentions are affecting the organizational performance of Jubilee Insurance Uganda, and what strategies can be implemented to manage these impacts effectively."
