Findings revealed different determinates of performance at Jubilee Insurance Uganda and these include revenues have increased, employees are able to meet the financial targets set, there has been an increase in the profitability of the organization, access to necessary resources has improved, there has been a percentage increase in the sales, there has been percentage increase in the number of customers, recognition of achievement for the best performers and there has been an increase in the demand of products agreed upon by majority of respondents.
