Answering questions like: How much time did the task take? did the side talking extend works hours ? i used this insight to set goals and prioritize tasks. 1-prioritize:deciding where to allocate my time can be challenging. Prioritizing tasks based on its importance and the role on the job to get done. 2-Set Goals: I define clear objectives for my week and that helps me to allocate time effectively, Break down larger tasks into smaller. 3-Build Good Habits: Cultivate routines that support my goals. 4-perform a Time Audit Regularly : i check the areas where i can improve , Adjust the schedule if needed to improve and maintain balance and efficiency. 5-Create a Stop-Doing list: sometimes i need to eliminate non-essential tasks. 166 words
