Solution

The control lines are different for Isolated memory. In Isolated I/O, there are separate control lines for memory and I/O devices, whereas in Memory Mapped I/O, the same control lines are used for both memory and I/O devices. DMA (Direct Memory Access) is a method that allows input/output (I/O) devices to send or receive data directly to or from the main memory, bypassing the CPU to speed up memory operations. It doesn't have to do with the control lines being different.
