From this perspective, follow the remaining instructions to complete the template and create a gap analysis report for the current state of your social issue.Determine the ideal state by asking yourself: "What would it look like if I was no longer suffering from this social issue?" Your ideal state must include the following:Principles of self-reliance.Remember that self-reliance is about more than just being financially stable.Qualitative and quantitative measurements.An explanation of how those measurements illustrate self-reliance. Compare the current state to your ideal state. The current state represents what it would be like if you were currently suffering from the negative impacts of your social issue, i.e. not experiencing self-reliance in this area.Analyze the gap.
