Section 1 – Your Online Business (200 words): To set up my online business, I have chosen to showcase my website through four screenshots. The first screenshot is of the "About your business" page, where I provide information about my corporate background. This page will give visitors an understanding of the history and values of my business. The second screenshot is of the marketing/products/services page, where I highlight the various offerings of my online business. This page will showcase the products or services I am selling and provide details about them. The third screenshot is of the sales and payments handling page, which will demonstrate how customers can make purchases and complete transactions on my website. This page will ensure a smooth and secure payment process for customers. Lastly, the fourth screenshot is of the FAQs or support page, where I have planned to provide answers to common questions and offer support to my customers. This page will help address any concerns or queries that customers may have.

Section 2 – Ebusiness MindMap (300 words): In the high-level diagram, I will illustrate how my organization connects with external organizations and the purpose of these connections. This diagram will provide a big picture or helicopter eye view of my online business and its relationships with other entities.

For the detail level diagrams, I will create a breakdown of the functional sections of my business. These diagrams will provide a more detailed understanding of how different aspects of my online business operate and interact with each other. I will focus on three key functional sections, such as marketing, sales, and customer support. Each diagram will be accompanied by a summarized brief that describes the operations and plans of that specific section.

To create these diagrams, I can use freeware like Edraw Mindmapping tool or any other preferred software such as MS Word or Excel.

Section 3 – Evaluate the CRM software (1500 words): In this section, I will discuss Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and how it can benefit my online website. I will explain how CRM helps in managing customer interactions, improving customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. I will refer to the lectures on "B2B Online Strategies" and "Marketing and Selling on the Web" to support my discussion.

Next, I will compare Salesforce.com CRM software with another CRM software of my choice. I will analyze their features, functionalities, and suitability for my online business. I will highlight the strengths and weaknesses of each software and provide evidence through screenshots.

For the weak areas identified in the selected CRM software, I will discuss the improvements required for my organization. I will also evaluate if these improvements are common needs for other similar businesses.

Finally, I will discuss the reasons for choosing the CRM software that best fits my business needs. I will consider factors such as ease of use, support, general cost, time, and capabilities for implementation.
