The solubility of a salt is directly proportional to the solubility product. The higher the solubility product, the more soluble the salt is.

Given the solubility products:

(1) AB has a solubility product of 4.0 × 10–20 (2) A2B has a solubility product of 3.2 × 10–11 (3) AB3 has a solubility product of 2.7 × 10–31

We can see that A2B has the highest solubility product, followed by AB, and then AB3.

Therefore, the correct increasing order of solubility is 3, 1, 2.
