(ii) Assertive, Aggressive and Submissive Behaviour: Assertive behaviour involves expressing one's own way of seeing things, but in a way that is respectful of the other person. It's about standing up for your rights while also respecting others' rights. Aggressive behaviour, on the other hand, involves expressing oneself in a way that does not respect the other person's rights, often leading to conflict.
