1. Communication: Effective communication is crucial for any team leader. It's not just about speaking clearly, but also about listening and understanding your team members. To improve this skill, I plan to take a course on effective communication. I will also make a conscious effort to practice active listening in my daily interactions.

2. Delegation: A good team leader knows how to delegate tasks effectively, ensuring that the right people are working on the right things. I will work on this by analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of my team members and assigning tasks accordingly. I will also seek feedback from my team to understand if they feel the tasks assigned to them align with their skills.

3. Conflict Resolution: Conflicts are inevitable in a team setting. As a leader, it's important to handle these situations effectively to maintain a positive working environment. I will grow this skill by studying conflict resolution strategies and applying them in real-life scenarios.
