There are many opportunities get into clubs or work study. Work with professors and faculty and other student. They arrange events and give students an opportunity to participate, and communicate with students and faculty members and as well as professors. There are career events as well. It’s a safe place to work and study at.

A big THANK YOU to those guys who work at career center, they are super helpful and accommodating, even you come from other cultural backgrounds. They always help you to succeed. I visited them a couple of times for resume, CV and interviews. I just got my first job related to my major right after graduation date - no gap :)

UWB is a great school. It's a bit of a commuter school presently, but one dorm opened Fall 2023 and they are building another dorm, so there should be some good campus life when those are full of students.

UW Bothell is one of the more down to earth universities. The atmosphere is completely different in comparison to its ladders, and it allows original thinkers to to flourish and grow, a great learning environment.
Overall 4.3
I love this campus. I have a great experience here. A lot of places where you can chill to eat, do your homework, talk to friends, or just chill by yourself (what I usually do). I love every professor I've had. Great friendships made. Everyone is very open and kind. So many opportunities like clubs are offered.

Clean Bathrooms, Water Fountains, Study Areas, Library, Food options on campus, Gym, Trails, rental equipment available. Awesome Faculty and Staff. Happy an honored to be here.

I had the chance to take classes at 3 Seattle-area schools during my time in college: North Seattle College, UW Seattle, and UW Bothell, and by far the best experience was at UW Bothell. Bothell has the academic standards of UW Seattle (maybe an even more focused student mindset) and the small campus community of NSC. It's a great place to be.

The teachers here are some of the worst in Washington State. Learning is virtually non-existent and they are unwilling to help you outside of class. Porous school at best.

Terrible Campus
Overall 1.2
Avoid it like a plague; it's a pseudo-school. You will waste too much money on books/lectures, only to get to school and be told to go home and read a book and understand it on your own, then the majority of classes participate in shame-exam'ing, where exams only serve as a tool for showing you that you didn't teach yourself good enough.
Overall 1.8
I have experienced so many apathetic teachers, I just don't think they care about teaching or their reputation. I have been very disillusioned by this experience.
Overall 1.9
I've been here for a year and I have no friends. The social scene here is non existent, as well as party scene. Choosing to attend this school has proven to be the biggest regret of my entire life. Learn from my mistakes. Only worth it if you're willing to sacrifice a lot for a UW degree. Only positive thing is the good wifi in every building
Overall 2
Most classes and professors are politically motivated. Politics rule the didactic. Parking is a nightmare and all around, the school just isn't the best I've been to.

This is a fantastic "university", IF, and only IF, you would like your college experience to feel like a high school experience. No parties, no social scene, mandatory attendance, strict teachers, etc. The list goes on and on. Not a lot of clubs to join, no good food nearby, and the location is quite boring. The only positive part is the wi-fi.
