I absolutely love my school, I commute here everyday from Katy, TX. The drive is crazy but I love the campus,the school is so peacefully and everyone is very friendly. The Education department is fantastic and so are the professors.

School offers a ton of support for first-gen students. Don't come here to waste your time. It's a place to learn new things and skills. If you are Catholic, this is an amazing place. Good for non-Catholics who are open minded about religion too.

Okay, I went to college to get trained for a job. Not a party school but great for learning.
The school announced its 2022 graduating job placement rate as 96%!!!!! You can't do better than that! The small campus and good networking in Houston means you will not fall between the cracks.

The school is in an amazing location in Houston. Cafeteria food got better in the last two years with a new chef. Most students are religious--it gives the campus a wholesome feel. You can still get into trouble in the surrounding city, but the campus is more focused.

The University of St. Thomas-Houston has to be the worst campus I have ever been in. For starters, the school does everything in its power to turn you into a walking wallet. Parking costs $5 a day, the cafeteria is insanely over priced, and the food quality is VERY poor. Professors/Staff are mean and unprofessional. And SUPER rude security guard.

UST's student body has to be the most entitled, judgmental, and un-welcoming group I have ever come across. If you disagree with any of their conservative views you can count on them attacking you for it and being downright rude. Dealing with them has completely ruined my college experience. Biology department is the only redeeming quality here!

This school makes me feel like I settled for something lesser. It is incredibly strict in every aspect. Not much to do. The people are very rough around the edges too. I was very excited to start college here, but that feeling went away after orientation, which was not coordinated well at all.

where do I start? This school will teach you how to be independent, anti social, bored, and more bored. This school is perfect for commute students who just need to get a degree. I felt like I was at community college. If you want the college experience this is not the place. If u have a family and need school and work balance perfect place.

I transferred out of this school I was THAT unhappy. Campus is not in a safe area and most students commute and are older/nontraditional so if you are young and fun and looking for friends you're outta luck. Education here is not bad and learned a LOT about my religious and philosophical views. But was so unhappy and stifled in growth as a person.

Overrated school. Definitely not worth the cost. I know people who attended other universities in Houston that have more knowledge about my major than I do. Professors are advisors. If you're not super social, don't go here. The reputation of the school did not get me my job. A friend did. Save your money and go somewhere else!
