USF’s main campus has buildings being very close to each other, which helped me arrive to other classes on time more often. Its track and field coaches showed great respect towards me and other athletes and cared about our success in classes and this sport. Thank you for taking your time to ensure students succeed in college!

Love this school!!

Whats the sense of rating a school if they can't network you with a well paid job after graduation. I just transferred here, I have not even been here a year; but only a couple of months and all the students that I have seen come out of career day were all dressed up saying they all have internships and jobs lined up and not even graduated yet!

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Perfect sized, charming, and everyone on staff is always friendly and inviting!! So glad I found this place!

When I first came here I was not expecting a lot until I actually came to this school I was blown away by its historical architecture, reputation, and the warm/inviting environment.
Overall 4.1
This school has a great community. The faculty and staff genuinely care about student wellbeing and success. There are many resources to help students succeed. Some of the facilities could definitely use some work and updating, but the buildings are very old so it makes sense that some amenities are outdated.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE college here! It is a small school but you feel at home here. The professors are very personal and make sure to go the extra mile for you. Highly reccomend looking into USF!

Small school, small minds, small parking lots, big tuition.
Overall 1.1
USF is a very small school, which is nice because on one hand, office staff can devote time to making things work for you and will get to know you by first name. However it also means that if you have trouble with an instructor, there are not alternative options for taking a required class, and there are plenty of professors to stay away from...

Instructors talk to students (even seniors) like they're in high school. Threaten to search you for phones, tell you that if you're hiding one in your bra they will find it. Pa-lease...

Even in 2nd semester senior year, all of my classes take attendance. They're very strict about it. If you're late even one minute late, they won't let you into class and if you're late more than twice, they might drop you.

Even though the university acquired a new building just for the college of nursing, we have to use a rundown old gymnasium with no outlets and plastic folding chairs because they valued office space over lecture space. Also, food royally sucks and is overpriced.
Overall 1.1
People just friendly here; it's more cliquey than the highschool that I went to. Academic curiosity/debate is not encouraged. If you came to expand yourself and grow as a person, go else where. To give an idea the culture of this place, there is a plaque near the main entrance that says "The beginning of wisdom is the fear of the Lord".
Overall 1.2
Not a lot going on here, pretty boring campus. They spend a lot on making the quad pretty and on billboards off the interstate, but the departments seem to always be broke.
Overall 1.2
The school's location is very poor. It wouldn't be so bad if there was more to do on campus and the food wasn't so terrible, but there are very few other places in the area in terms of restaurants, shops, etc. There is almost no public transit available, and the area is not very walkable. Parking is a nightmare, expect to arrive 25 min before class
Overall 1.2
Nursing instructors don't demonstrate core nursing skills; students are left to view demonstration videos from a 3rd party website. During practice hours, help is rarely available from nursing staff. Additionally, there is a culture of infallibility among instructors. The food service is gross, with few healthy options. Everything microwaved.
Overall 1.3
everyone here is so boring and there's never anything to do. there are no fun events at school or people who like to do things. the location is horrible and there is no gym on campus. And there are no busses that will take you anywhere besides the other campuses.
