If you are considering going to SWOSU I would highly recommend visiting the campus and meeting some of the staff, faculty, and students! Everyone is so helpful and will answer any questions you have about college, financial aid, campus life, etc.

Overall 4.3
I LOVE Southwestern! It's my home and the people have become my family. I wouldn't trade my college experience for anything! It's a small town university with big city opportunities! Choose SWOSU!
Overall 4.3
Small class sizes. Average 8.2 people per class. Amazing teachers and resources. Cheap as well!
Overall 4.2
Far and away the best regional university in Oklahoma. Great community with many opportunities. Of course this isn't a D1 flagship university, but I would choose SWOSU 10 out of 10 times.
Overall 4.1
Awesome school. Professor's are serious business, but want to give you every opportunity to be all you want to be.

DoNot make the same mistake I made.
Overall 1.1
Weatherford is a sorry excuse of a town! There is absolutely nothing to do her, and the University sucks! The president Randy Buetler is on a personal mission to take away all student priveleges. You will be expected to go to class in snow and ice, even thogh your life will be on the line, you will still be expected to attend class. Dont go here!
Overall 1.1
If you are not a Pharmacy student, the Southwestern Oklahoma Stse University is not for you. I hated it, and transfered after just one year of attendence! Also, students are charged outrageous fees for university building projects. Don't go here!!!!

so bad over here
Overall 1.4
Weatherford is a horrible place, but if you're from some other podunk surrounding town this is city livin tell ya what! Make sure that you get a good meth hookup, not that you'd need it to study or anything, your tuition will pay for your A as well, but for all the house parties you'll be attending as there are only three bars(2 outside city limits
Overall 1.5
Administration sucks
Overall 1.6
Need more food business. It sucks being a college town and all the food places are closed by 11pm.
