Yay Saskatchewan Polytechnical (formerly SIAST)!!!!
Bad reviews
Overall 1
Poor teaching methodology, poor assessment, poor teachers, poor administration, lack of face to face learning in a practical program. Save your money and get a library card. You can read from a textbook anywhere.
Overall 1.1
Saskatchewan Polytechnic is not what I expected, the college only expects our money and does not provide quality studies and what is offered is not what was expected. I would never take a class there again.
Overall 1.2
Terribe place ! they don't teach you anything they just expect you to learn on your own !
Overall 1.6
I am at the ave w campus and it's terrible. There's no clubs no activities or any thing It all happens at the main campus. Being connected to a high-school sucks. Those high-school bathrooms are disgusting. The lockdowns happen too often because the high-school puts them in place then we have to follow them.
Overall 1.7
Overall, a negative and terrible experience. The media courses they offer will set you up for a lifetime of failure and regret.
Overall 1.9
The reputation coming to this school was really good but it made me utterly disappointed when i started. First semester was ok but now that we are locked into the second semester they are not teaching us. The teachers are terrible, the program head doesn't care and the majority of us are on the brink of failing because all the teachers are terrible

Overall, not a good experience

Poor. They have over-exaggerated my opportunities from completing this program. I feel like I am starting from square one and this program was a waste. They redesigned the program so many of the classes do not transfer over to other institutions (aside from the UofR) however, when I applied and was accepted everything supposedly transferred.
