The Engineering Department need a lot of cleaning. Very "moldy". The instructors have no educational skills. There is no depth in the information only lots of work! Some new instructors try to change the status quo but the old ones have formed clicks which makes it imposible. The water resources engineering tech program year one is a joke!!!!!!
