It offers students a chance to get their academics to transfer to a four-year university. Most of the professors are amazing and supportive. The administration is easy to work with.
Overall 4.5
Currently finishing my 1st semester here and it’s not bad at all. Ready to see what next semester has in store.

Great!

I have nothing but praise for Nashville State! The administrators are wonderful and the professors are inspiring. I was given a second chance to be the person that I have always wanted to be and I thank NSCC. Take a chance and try NSCC. You will not regret it.

Very good

This is a wonderful college. My classes were all challenging and engaging. Most of my Professors were top notch. I used more than one campus (Main & SE) and they were both immaculate and safe. The cost was excellent and registering for classes was a snap. If your a responsible individual who doesn't need your hand held your succeed at NSCC.

This school is a family. I couldn't be happier here.

it is an excellent place to start with .i think everything is perfect, the instructors are very helpful class are not to big very comfortable, i have a grate time at Nashville state community college i love it,also they have very flexible class schedules .
Overall 4.1
NSCC is an awesome stage to help one move forward from either high school, a mis-step from earlier college experience or as an adult learner. One cannot ask for more from a local community college except maybe to be allowed to move to a 4-year degree instead of A.S.
Overall 4.1
Never overlook a community college. I went to the White Bridge one and they have some amazing professors there who value their students. Twice a week the school had food trucks that come to the quad. They do an amazing job helping students and giving opportunities and resources especially during midterms/finals.

Glad to get out of there. It felt like middle school again. Avoid at all costs, unless you get in for less than $20 per semester!

Lets just face the facts. Anyone can be a tutor, even if they don't know what they are doing. If you have to pay money it isn't worth it. Professors don't show up, will go more in detail if there was a way to go past the 350 character limit.
Overall 0.9
Lets just say that a 2 year community college shouldn't take 7 years to graduate if you are doing everything you can. Anybody can be a tutor, even if they don't know what the hell they are talking about. Would go in more detail if it weren't for the 350 character limit.

The staff in admissions/advising/financial aid is a joke. The standards are way too low, and about 95% of the staff, (advisers included), are under-qualified. I am only there because it is the only school that I can afford. If I had an option, I would never have been here to begin with. Try Western Kentucky Univ. it actually counts as a college.

I would comment, but my last one from 3 weeks never counted, even though I go to Nashville State.
Overall 1.2
This is a poor school choice. they are unwilling to pick up their phones when you call for assistance. The advisors are not accessible. You could end up wasting a semester or even two semesters here taking classes that you dont even need. There is an underlying attitude with the support staff on campus. I am a current, displeased student.
Overall 1.3
Stay away this college is horrible. Overall a disgusting experience with admistration. Save your money and your sanity and go somewhere else you do not want to waste you life here.
Overall 1.4
NSCC needs more accessible career counseling opportunities. Be prepared to care for EVERY aspect of your education, especially Financial Aid ; its difficult to find an advisor who will spend more than a few minutes with you. Vet your professors; I had to drop classes after poor learning experiences. Don't give up, just get to a 4 year school, asap.
Overall 1.4
This is a bad school. They cancel classes at the LAST minute (ex.a week before classes start). They are not helpful @ all, they are all rude at the offices. I would not reccomend anyone going here. Worst decision of my life! If I could change, I would!
Overall 1.4
Some of the instructors hired to teach classes are totally unqualified. I have had two that left in the middle of a course and never came back. Replacements had to be found to take over the class. These people are not even "professors." I have only had one or two good professors here. I don't like this school.
