GREAT CAMPUS
Overall 4.8
Metro State meets you where you are at! I have become extremely successful in my courses here at Metro State. The professors are fun and really engage with their students
Overall 4.8
I graduated with my BA in 2017, and I am back for my Master's! I love it here.
Overall 4.7
Metro is the best! Great professors, affordable, flexible and awesome schedules for working adults, good reputation and a diverse student body. Loved my experience and would highly recommend this school!

I love it here, totally recommend. Moved here from Virginia as a transfer student and honestly am so happy I didn't go to UofM.

I love this University. The clubs rock, we just got a new student center that is awesome, and this place is moving up and rocking it. LOVE METRO STATE!! ITS AMAZING!!!
Overall 4.4
Great school for working adults that can't afford to pay for or don't have the schedule for a traditional college.
Overall 4.3
I've taken other courses at other colleges but i always find myself coming back to Metro. I love it here and i love how flexible teachers can be since majority of students are full time workers and or parents.
Bad reviews

Don't go this school, the teacher and faculty is not even professional here.
Overall 1.3
I have been around for a year or so and this is how I feel about the school: The science department is amazing. The liberal arts department is really bad. If this is your first college experience, please go somewhere else. There is not much to offer other than the courses itself.
Overall 1.3
You would waste your time and money in this university! Their professors and instructors are not knowledgeable and like many other institutions' employees (professors and instructors and rest of them) are racist. They discriminate against the foreigners. I don't know who came up with Minnesota nice but he is a liar. Go figure...
Overall 1.4
Very high rate tuition University. Luck of knowledge faculties and un respectful. boring departments who are there for nothing. frustrating deparments who are not willing to help stduents. I am not going to recommended others to enroll the University.
Overall 1.6
School is fairly new but the instructors are not professional. They charge you for parking regardless if you use parking ramp or not. Instructors are sarcastic, making racist comments and/or trying to isolate/target individuals. Academic advisers are making you take extra courses that you don't need if you are not aware.
Overall 1.7
All staff (admin&instructors) are extremely unhelpful. They keep poor records and engage in a lot of gaslighting. Negative experiences, one after another, I have experienced. Do not go to this school!!
Overall 1.8
Very bad department and if you have questions or problem it is very hard to get solution. confusing department and helpless. high cost educational expenses. very noisy for the computer area and it is very hard to study or focus your education. I am not recommended to students to enroll. unsafe area.
Overall 1.9
offers very few extracurricular activities. definitely not for your average student, more fit for working parents or someone who doesn't care. Professors I've had don't seem to care very much, and they aren't very helpful. inconvenient location also.
Overall 1.9
It's an okay school. Like others have mentioned, this university is built around adults who work full-time and/or have a family. Because of this a lot of classes are at night only. It's also a small university so there are not a lot of classes you can choose from. The only pro is cheap tuition. In general, I would not recommend this university.
Overall 1.9
The classes are good if you get the right professor to lecture. The course material is mild readings. I reviewed some of the ratings left here and many are just boosters so I would dismiss those without comments. The D2L network services are absolutely aweful. Personal privacy is compromised and your alumni status will end up to be conditional.
