The nursing program specifically doesn’t NOT apply to this rating. The nursing program needs a lot of help. The school over all is great though. Especially the brand new cafeteria/ food court.

I have no idea why people are eating this school as awful. I have been a student for 2.5 years and have loved every moment of it. The professors are wonderful. The art program is amazing! I have learned so much being here. I attended in person, online and online synch, and I have had a great experience all around.

NURSING PROGRAM IS AWFUL. I don't know why everyone is giving this school an OVERALL bad rating. I went here in 2013 to get my first degree and have since come back beginning of 2019 to get my nursing degree. The overall school is amazing, helpful, affordable, accredited, and offers many campus locations. A great school for parents too.

The campus has changed since I graduated and enjoyed living on campus

Regardless if you're fresh out of high school or been out of the education system for a while like I was, CAC has something for everyone. I highly recommend this school

Great school, teachers are amazing for the most part, great place to start and then transfer to a university.

It is ghetto. The teachers could care less about wether you learn or not. They have terrible councelors and advisors are no help at all. If you are trying to plan a degree they dont have much to choose from. The classes they offer are very boring, and are not very wide spread, just a few classes that count towards the few degrees that they offer.
Overall 1.1
This school has decided that it wants to be a trade school. So if you are looking for theatre or arts look someplace else because this school doesn't promote freedom to be who you want but who they want you to be.
Overall 1.1
This school is very lame. The teachers are not usually even teachers. They are not at college level and I would not reccomend going here. There isnt good classes or degrees to choose from and the advisors dont help you at all!!!
Overall 1.1
Absolutely horrible staff... advising is not helpful and avoid a lot of professors because you will regret taking their courses after. Be aware before coming here what you get yourself into... scamming students, inconsiderate professors and non supportive administration.
Overall 1.2
Dont NOT go to this school. 90% of the teachers do not care about you and it shows. It is an EXTREMELY unorganized school, I have lived in AZ for my entire life and they tried charging me out of state tution. Among other things it is hard to schedule counseling since the wesite is unorganized as the school. Messy and awful school DO NOT RECOMMEND
Overall 1.2
The campus does not have a shuttle service for people who wish to attend the school. The school is located in AZ and the fact that the area where the main campuses are do not have public transportation, makes it hard for those of us that do not have a car, but ride a bike. They don't even have a bike rack at most locations to secure your bike.
Overall 1.3
What an absolute waste of time, most teachers are borderline condescending showing no care to anyone in their class with the exception of a few good ones here and there and all, Im mean all of the non student staff is incompetent, I dont know how they managed to even secure a job let alone one in a position of authority. If you can GO TO A DIFFER
Overall 1.4
Online courses-This is a waste of my time&money. The professors do not instruct!!They only critique. They give no USEFUL feedback on how you might improve, they will suggest you see a tutor, but that's all. f2f classes were also a waste, only had 1 professor that was qualify, prepared. Professors are suppose to teach/elaborate on the text, notjustgrade!

Well I would suggest to them, expect to be treated as if you are a bother when you call any of the depts. The bookstore staff are not helpful, the cafeteria is a place I would aviod. If you take online classes, expect to receive no teaching, just assignments that are rushed. I seriously am in doubt about the education I'm getting at CAC.GOOD LUCK
