To view the data from a visual in a pivot table in Power BI, follow these steps:

  1. Open your Power BI dashboard and select the visual that you want to analyze in a pivot table.

  2. Click on the 'More options' button (three dots) in the upper-right corner of the visual.

  3. Select 'Export data'. A new window will open.

  4. In the 'Export data' window, choose 'Summarized data' and 'CSV' as the format. Click 'Export'.

  5. Open the downloaded CSV file in Microsoft Excel.

  6. In Excel, select the entire data set that you want to analyze in a pivot table.

  7. Go to the 'Insert' tab and click on 'PivotTable'. A new window will open.

  8. In the 'Create PivotTable' window, choose where you want to place the pivot table and click 'OK'.

  9. Now you can analyze the data from the visual in a pivot table in Excel.

Please note that you cannot directly export the data to Microsoft Word or PowerPoint. However, you can copy the pivot table from Excel and paste it into Word or PowerPoint.
