(a) The element with the least atomic radius is Nitrogen (N). This is because as we move from left to right across a period in the periodic table, the atomic radius decreases.

(b) The element with the maximum ionization energy is Nitrogen (N). Ionization energy increases across a period from left to right in the periodic table. Nitrogen has the highest ionization energy among the given elements.

(c) The element with the least electron affinity is Silicon (Si). Electron affinity generally decreases down a group in the periodic table. Silicon is located below Carbon and thus has a lower electron affinity.

(d) The element with the maximum electronegativity is Nitrogen (N). Electronegativity increases across a period from left to right in the periodic table. Nitrogen, being to the right of the other elements, has the highest electronegativity.
