To intentionally carry out the three-part organizational framework for technology-enabled group or peer coaching, we will follow these steps:

1. Identify Problems of Practice: We will start by conducting a comprehensive needs assessment to identify the problems of practice. This will involve gathering data through surveys, interviews, and observations. We will focus on issues related to specific content or pedagogy, including social, emotional, and behavioral domains. We will also consider the unique needs and challenges of our learners, and how technology can be used to address these.

2. Target for Technology-Enabled Study: Based on the identified problems, we will then determine the areas that would benefit most from technology-enabled study. This could include using digital tools for collaborative learning, online resources for self-study, or technology-enabled assessment methods. We will also consider how technology can be used to enhance the learning experience, such as through gamification or interactive content.

3. Observation: We will regularly observe the implementation of these technology-enabled strategies to assess their effectiveness. This could involve observing how learners interact with the technology, how it impacts their engagement and learning outcomes, and any challenges they may face. We will use these observations to make necessary adjustments and improvements.

4. One-on-One, Real-Time Coaching: Finally, we will provide one-on-one, real-time coaching to support learners in their use of the technology. This could involve providing technical support, guidance on how to use the technology effectively for learning, or feedback on their progress.
