Throughout my online teaching career, I have consistently sought opportunities for professional development and growth. I believe that in order to be an effective educator, one must be a lifelong learner. Therefore, I have taken several online courses and attended webinars to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and technologies.

One such instance was when I realized that many of my students were visual learners. I took it upon myself to learn how to use various graphic design tools to create engaging and informative infographics and presentations. I enrolled in an online graphic design course and spent many hours practicing and perfecting my skills.

In addition, I have also sought feedback from my students and peers to identify areas for improvement. I believe that constructive criticism is a powerful tool for personal and professional growth.
