Bug and Edits Management This is Q1's area of focus. Nicholas entered a total of 4 bugs in December within 8 days worked and 7 bugs with over 22 days worked during the month of November. This is slightly below project expectations for a Tester on smoke Task. Nicholas did not meet the established expectations resulting in their level being reduced. In order to return to their previous level, they will need to be consistent with their bug entry and attempt to enter more issues when not on Smoke. Tasks Quality/Efficiency Level 2 [Lowering from level 3 to level 2] This is Q1's area of focus. He is able to complete all his Smoke Test assignments. Though his bug count and regression and Crosscheck was slightly lower than expected. Reminder the expectations for regressions and crosschecks are they are high priority on Mondays and at least 1h/day the rest of the week, as noted in the SharePoint task priority page.
