Roles and Responsibilities · Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations. · Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, Job portals and social media etc · Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business · Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation · Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, and other candidate relationships · Handling the documentation and offer letter release · Joining formalities and on boarding process Qualifications: Hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably within the BFSI sector. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates for a variety of BFSI roles. In-depth understanding of the BFSI landscape, current market trends, and relevant regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Strong relationship-building abilities: establishing trust with clients and candidates effectively. Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to exceed recruitment goals. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
