2. Evidence: The second criterion is the presence of evidence supporting the information. This could be in the form of data, research, or other forms of verifiable proof. The stronger the evidence, the more likely the information is to be true.

3. Consistency: The third criterion is consistency. The information should be consistent with what is already known or established. If the information contradicts known facts or theories, it should be scrutinized more closely.

Reflecting on my experience, I strive to consider these criteria in all actions I take. However, it's important to acknowledge that it's not always possible to apply these criteria in every situation. Sometimes, due to time constraints or lack of resources, it may not be feasible to thoroughly evaluate the truthfulness of every piece of information. Nonetheless, I aim to apply these criteria as much as possible to ensure that my actions are based on accurate and reliable information.
