Solution

In the small, quiet town of Meadowgrove, there lived an old woman named Agnes who was known for her peculiar ability to predict the future. One day, she startled the townsfolk with a prophecy. "Beware the first snowfall," she warned, her voice echoing through the town square. "It will bring with it a great calamity." The townsfolk, who had always respected Agnes, were filled with dread as they awaited the arrival of winter.

As the first snowflakes began to fall, a sense of unease settled over Meadowgrove. The townsfolk huddled in their homes, waiting for the disaster Agnes had predicted. But as the days passed, nothing happened. The snow fell gently, blanketing the town in a peaceful white. The townsfolk began to breathe easier, thinking perhaps Agnes had been mistaken. But on the seventh day of the first snowfall, a terrible blizzard swept through Meadowgrove, burying the town and causing great destruction. Agnes's prophecy had come true, but not in the way the townsfolk had expected.
