The person I helped was my close friend, John. We had been friends since high school and had always supported each other in various aspects of life.

John had been unemployed for a while and was struggling to find a job. He had been to several interviews but was unsuccessful each time. He was feeling quite low and lacked confidence, so he asked me for help. He needed help with preparing for job interviews, specifically in terms of how to present himself, how to answer common interview questions, and how to show confidence and enthusiasm.

I helped John in several ways. First, we sat down and discussed his strengths and weaknesses, and how he could present these in a positive light during an interview. We also went through common interview questions and I helped him formulate strong, confident responses. I also conducted mock interviews with him to help him get a feel for the real thing. Additionally, I gave him tips on body language and how to dress appropriately for an interview. After several sessions, John felt more confident and prepared. He went to his next interview and was successful in securing a job.
