When is the Startup Repair tool not available to automatically fix common startup problems?

The Startup Repair tool may not be available to automatically fix common startup problems in the following situations:

1. If your computer doesn't have it installed: Startup Repair is a tool that is available on Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1, and Windows 10. If you're using an older version of Windows, or a different operating system, this tool won't be available.

2. If your computer can't access it: Even if you have a version of Windows that includes Startup Repair, your computer might not be able to access it if it's having serious problems. However, it can't fix every problem.
