Solution

The net force can be calculated by subtracting the force of the weaker team from the force of the stronger team. In this case, the red team is pulling with a force of 28.5 N and the blue team is pulling with a force of 25 N.

So, the net force is 28.5 N (red team) - 25 N (blue team) = 3.5 N.

Since the red team is pulling to the right, the direction of the net force is also to the right.

Therefore, the net force is 3.5 N to the right and the red team wins.
