In professional practice, ethical issues and dilemmas are common. For instance, in business, a manager may face an ethical dilemma when they discover that a profitable client is engaged in illegal activities. Should the manager continue doing business with the client for the sake of profit (principle of utility) or should they sever ties with the client because it's the right thing to do (principle of justice)?

In all these examples, the professionals must make difficult decisions that could have significant consequences for the individuals involved and society at large.
