The force of static friction is directly proportional to the normal force acting on an object. The normal force is the force exerted by a surface that supports the weight of an object resting on it. It acts perpendicular to the surface. The weight of an object is the force of gravity acting on it, which is equal to the mass of the object times the acceleration due to gravity.

On the Moon, the acceleration due to gravity is one-sixth of that on Earth. Therefore, the weight of the person (and hence the normal force) would be one-sixth of their weight on Earth. Since the force of static friction is directly proportional to the normal force, the maximum force of static friction between the spinal discs and vertebrae of a person standing on the Moon would be one-sixth of that for a person standing on the Earth.
