Solution

The law of reflection is a principle in physics that explains how light behaves when it hits a surface. It states that when a ray of light strikes a surface, it bounces off in a certain way. This "way" is determined by the angle at which the light hits the surface, also known as the angle of incidence. The law of reflection says that the angle of incidence is equal to the angle of reflection. This means that if a light ray hits a surface at a 30-degree angle, it will bounce off at a 30-degree angle as well. This law applies to both smooth and rough surfaces. However, on rough surfaces, the light rays hit at different angles and thus reflect at different angles, causing a diffused reflection.
