Reflecting on the course, I find myself intrigued by the concept of social listening and would like to delve deeper into this aspect of social media marketing. The power of analytics in shaping marketing strategies was an unexpected learning point for me. As for roles in digital marketing, I am particularly drawn to the role of an e-commerce specialist, especially the responsibility of developing a campaign strategy. The idea of creating a roadmap for a brand's online presence and seeing it come to fruition is appealing to me.
