Currently employability skills are particularly important in the employment process .Employment trends are different in every era and employment skills have changed accordingly. According to Tushar and Sooraksa (2023), which was conducted specifically for the 1990s, 2000s, and 2010s time periods, it was found that Problem solving, Communication, Team Work, and Willingness to learn were the skills that were considered to be important in the job market after the 2010s. They are the most widely recognised and important employability skills for the 21st century at this stage. After analysing myself, I found that the two skills I currently possess are communication and lifelong learning skills. Communication skills are the abilities that people demonstrate in the process of communication, which is an important element in the building of interpersonal relationships. (Coffelt et al., 2019)Communication skills are particularly important for the development of both individuals and organisations. The importance of communication in the workplace lies in the fact that it is a key element in establishing and maintaining good interpersonal relationships, promoting teamwork, resolving conflicts and achieving individual and organisational goals. (Schalk & Curşeu, 2010) Therefore good communication not only improves work efficiency but also enhances team cohesion and individual job satisfaction. The reasons why I have this skill are reflected in a variety of situations and environments. For example, in teamwork communication, in my previous work with several groups, I would carefully frame my ideas and solutions with others and express them in a clear and coherent manner. I listen carefully when others give their opinions and give feedback in a timely manner, even if it is a simple gesture such as a smile or a nod of the head. Contribute actively to the co-operation process. Adopt different communication methods to face different types of people. For example, in a recent group activity, there was a member who was introverted and shy, and was not good at expressing his views in front of many people. I took a private one-on-one approach to communicate with him, trying to make others feel comfortable in the communication process. And gave high emotional value to encourage him to speak. And communication is not just about tactfulness, sincerity is very important. (Salmon & Young, 2011) Sincerity towards others is an important quality that I learnt from my parents. Secondly, about lifelong learning skills are also important skills that I have. The rapid development of the world has also led to the changing needs of the labour market. Lifelong learning is the process of acquiring employment-related professional knowledge and skills with a willingness to learn and persevere. (Rambla & Kovacheva, 2021) It represents the need for people to continuously learn to improve their abilities to adapt to the market demands and realise their self-worth. The importance of lifelong learning is also reflected in the availability of more career development opportunities and income growth. (Schultheiss & Backes-Gellner, 2023) And the reason I have this skill is reflected in my family's concept of education and habits developed over time. One of the important aspects of parenting concepts is the need for continuous learning. People need to keep progressing in order to keep up with the changes in the world. This has led me to develop the habit of paying attention to changes in market needs and striving to improve my knowledge in various ways. Maintain an attitude of lifelong learning, keep curiosity and desire to learn new things, and have the initiative to learn.
