We observe wind currents in the Earth's atmosphere. The atmosphere is one of the four major spheres of the Earth, which also includes the lithosphere (land), hydrosphere (water), and biosphere (living things). Wind currents are primarily driven by the uneven heating of the Earth's surface by the sun, leading to differences in air pressure. These pressure differences cause air to move from areas of high pressure to areas of low pressure, creating wind. This movement of air in the atmosphere is what we refer to as wind currents.
