How to make a Boarding Application (via Open Apply) Firstly please create an agent account via the agent sign up page, please click here. Once you have created an account, you can submit applications on behalf of families (optional) and track the progress of all applications submitted made by families through your agency. Please click here for help and advice setting this up on OpenApply. Once you have created an agent account, you can then forward our Boarding Application Form link to families who wish to make a boarding application and pay our £225 fee. Please note, our Boarding Application form is not available on our website. Please ensure families enter your agency details on their application form. You will not be able to view an application until I link the application to your agency (which can only be done if you have an agency account). Please kindly note, the application form says ‘Agent Use Only’ this is the correct form to use. Once an application has been submitted, please do let me know so I can link the application to your agency. Dear Luna Thank you for your e-mail. I have linked the application to your agency, however I notice that the application form used is for a Day place (overseas) and not the boarding application form. Can you confirm that this application is for a full boarding place? Once confirmed I will change the application to a boarding form. I will however require you or the parent to log back in to the application portal and check that everything has been completed (as our Boarding Application Form includes other questions not included in the day application).
