I will review my notes and outlines, ensuring they cover the key points emphasized in class. Creating flashcards for key concepts and reviewing them during downtime will aid in reinforcing my memory. Additionally, I will schedule consistent study sessions throughout the week. Each session will be dedicated to different sections of the course material, allowing me to cover all topics comprehensively. I will prioritize studying in a quiet, well-lit space like the library to minimize distractions. Turning off my phone and avoiding social media will help maintain focus. If I plan on studying for extended periods, I will take short breaks every hour to stay refreshed and maintain productivity. Managing Test-Taking Anxiety I do experience test-taking anxiety, which can be challenging. To manage this, I will practice relaxation techniques such as deep breathing and mindfulness exercises.
