Findings revealed that different indicators of performance at Centenary Rural Development Bank Limited and these include the bank gained more customers in the past few years, the profit margin for the bank increased, the revenue received by the bank has increased in the last few years, the market share of the bank has increased by a certain percentage, there has been a percentage increase in the sales of the bank, the demand of the bank’s services and products has increased and there has been an expansion into new markets.
