Which parts of the body are lined with mucous membranes

Mucous membranes are found in several parts of the body. Here are the main ones:

1. Respiratory Tract: This includes the nasal passages, the throat (pharynx), the windpipe (trachea), and the bronchial tubes leading into the lungs.

2. Digestive Tract: This includes the mouth, the esophagus, the stomach, and the intestines.
