Eventually the girls grew into teenagers when they were 17 something awful happened the king's niece drank an exilir to cure her heart of the pain for she was hurting at the fact that her own flesh and blood could treat her this way but the elixir turned her heart to stone and from then on everything she touched became stone. consumed by vengeance the king's niece touched the king and princess turning them to stone and taking over the kingdom. out of fear her parents stayed away from her she became queen but ruled with an iron fist. eventually the queen became lonely and wanted a man by her side but every man she kissed would turn to stone she grew frustrated. the people of the kingdom rose up against her and drove her out of the kingdom she put up a fight but was outnumbered and created a stone monster in order to escape. while in the forest alone she meets a handsome hunter who she is hostile towards at first but when he offers her food and shelter in his mud house she gives in but keeps her distance. they stay together and as time goes on they fall in love believing true love can break the spell the hunter kisses her but also turns to stone. the queen cries out and touches his heart but nothing. days go by and as she is passing in the woods she sees this lady trapped under a rock she begs for her help and for the first time in a long time lyra offered a helping hand. the old rugged lady so thankful says i shall repay you for your kindness and she transforms into a beautiful fairy and with her magic wand gives the queen a heart of gold that whatver she touches shall have life and she kissed the hunter and he transformed to a man again. she did so for everyone in the kingdom. her cousin the princess and uncle the king banished her as punishment she returned to her parents barony and got married to the hunter and they lived happily ever after
