I want to summarize a few points from our meeting today to make sure my concerns are made clear: • I do not necessarily see the difference between the literature review at the beginning of your dissertation and the analysis following the systematic literature review process. It seems that all your research questions have already been answered as part of the literature review and in fact you are considering more papers in the literature review then for the analysis• your writing about the research methods is very common very generic. you provide no insights on how you arrived at the papers you analysed. Ideally, somebody should be able to reproduce your study and arrive at the same results. There are around 23,000 papers on servitization challenges I don't need to be clear on how you arrived at the five or six years you are analysing. What are the keywords? what are the steps? please clearly justify your steps and how you arrived at your final sample. As an aside, it is for me very difficult to understand how you arrive at only 6 to 8 articles for analysis since they are a lot of different journal articles around that are directly focused on your research question.• your semantic analysis is not clear. It is not clear how you arrived at these themes. again, there is a systematic process for your analysis that you should follow and it is not clear which process you actually followed. The range of themes that you have identified right now are a very small subset of the range of themes that are usually associated with your research questions• In your final section you need to compare your findings with the findings of the literature and show how you add it to the literature overall, but also what managerial implications you offer. at this point I do not see how your findings add to the literature.I believe there's still a lot of work to do and I will leave it to your own judgement on how you prioritise your work. Please reach out if you have any further questions
