4. Esteem Needs: Esteem needs refer to the desire for respect from others, status, recognition, fame, prestige, and attention. Maslow described two types of esteem needs: a lower one and a higher one. The lower one is the need for respect from others, the need for status, fame, recognition, and attention. The higher one is the need for self-respect, the need for strength, competence, mastery, self-confidence, independence, and freedom.

5. Self-Actualization Needs: This is the highest level of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. Self-actualizing people are self-aware, concerned with personal growth, less concerned with the opinions of others, and interested in fulfilling their potential.

It's important to note that Maslow's theory is not universally accepted and has been criticized for its Western bias among other things. However, it remains a popular and influential theory in several fields, including psychology, business, and education.
