Solution

Raj started by walking 5 km north, then turned right (which would be east if we assume he started facing north) and walked 10 km. Then he turned left (which would be north again) and walked 5 km. Finally, he turned left again (which would be west) and walked 10 km.

At this point, Raj has walked back to the same latitude he started at (5 km north, then 5 km south), and he is 10 km east of his starting point (10 km east, then 10 km west).

So, to get back to his starting point, Raj would need to walk 10 km west.

So, the answer is (b) 10 km.
