For instance, in a family setting, a child might be told by their grandparents to follow certain traditions that they themselves might not understand or agree with. If the child obeys without question, they might end up following a tradition that they find meaningless. However, if they question and understand the reasoning behind it, they might appreciate the tradition more and follow it with more conviction.

In a school setting, a student might be told by a teacher to solve a math problem in a certain way. If the student obeys without question, they might not fully understand the concept and struggle later on. However, if they question the method and understand the logic behind it, they will be able to apply the concept in different situations.

In a societal context, young people are often told by older generations to conform to certain norms and expectations. If they obey without question, they might end up suppressing their true selves. However, if they question these norms, they might be able to bring about positive changes in society.
