What is File Format? Describe five file format of each ?

3. Image File (.jpg, .png, .gif): These are file formats used for storing digital images. Each format has its own advantages. For example, .jpg is commonly used for photographs, .png supports lossless data compression, and .gif supports animation.

4. Audio File (.mp3, .wav, .ogg): These are file formats used for storing digital audio data. MP3 is the most common format for storing and playing back music on digital audio players. WAV files are larger but provide higher quality. OGG is a free, open container format that can multiplex several independent streams for audio, video, text, and metadata.

5. Video File (.mp4, .avi, .mov): These are file formats used for storing digital video data. MP4 is a digital multimedia container format most commonly used to store video and audio, but it can also be used to store other data such as subtitles and still images. AVI and MOV are both multimedia container formats that store video and audio data.
