My strength in soft skills are communication, teamwork, and adaptability. I have always been comfortable in expressing my thoughts and ideas, working with diverse groups of people, and adjusting to new situations. However, I recognize that there is always room for improvement.

I need to work on improving my problem-solving and leadership skills. While I am capable of handling issues that arise, I want to enhance my ability to find innovative solutions and make decisions that benefit the entire team. I also aim to develop my leadership skills to not only lead projects but also inspire and motivate others.

I plan to improve these skills within the next month by taking up more responsibilities in my current role, seeking feedback from my peers and superiors, and enrolling in online courses focused on problem-solving and leadership.
