The Waterfall model is the one that deals with limited customer interaction. This model is a sequential design process, often used in software development processes, where progress is seen as flowing steadily downwards (like a waterfall) through the phases of conception, initiation, analysis, design, construction, testing, production/implementation, and maintenance.

The customer interaction is only in the beginning (requirements phase) and at the end (delivery phase) of the project, hence it is limited. This is in contrast to other models like Iterative, Prototype, and Spiral which involve more customer interaction throughout the development process.
