Solution

There are primarily three types of backups: full, incremental, and differential.

  1. Full Backup: This is the most complete type of backup. As the name suggests, a full backup makes a copy of every file and folder in the system. The advantage of a full backup is that it provides the most comprehensive protection. In the event of a system failure, you can restore all of your data quickly. However, full backups also take the longest time to create and require the most storage space.
